1. Party in Paceville
Malta's nightlife hotspot is just an incredible place full of people, energy, and, well, the clubs stay open until dawn. Only a staircase away from Portomaso Casino, Paceville is the place to be if you are up to get a good drink or to show off your dance moves.
2. Get On a Cruise Around the Island
When the weather is nice, there's nothing like a nice boat trip around the island. Captain Morgan organizes daily cruises that take you to spectacular places such as Blue Lagoon (in the lead photo), which has transparent blue waters that were made legendary by such movies as Troy, The Count Of Monte Cristo, and Swept Away.

3.Fly a Plane
Hop on an Ikarus C42B or on an Apollo Delta Jet 2 and get a good adrenaline boost as you fly over the islands of Malta and Gozo. This amazing experience is organized by a company named Buzz Flying, and prices start from as little as €75 per person for a 30-minute flight.

4.You're Sailing Awayyyyy
If you are afraid of heights and you think piloting a plane is exactly what you should avoid, then choose the sea and jump on one of Malta's sailboats for a sailing lesson. For €165, Yachting Malta offers you a three-hour sailing lesson for up to three people on the yacht Princess Stephanie.

5.Jeep Safari
The jeep safari organized by Captain Morgan is a good way to combine an unusual excursion with a traditional Maltese lunch. Honestly, the last time we have tried this the lunch was nothing special, but the tour has been pure fun and it took us to places that we would have never seen otherwise.
If you can manage to be ready to leave your hotel at 8 a.m. local time, for €55 per person you can get a very nice experience that will make you discover some amazing places, including the charming Popeye Village, the one built as a film set for the production of the 1980 live-action musical feature film Popeye.

6. Hop on the "Hop-On Hop-Off" Bus
Although this is probably the laziest way to tour the island, Malta's "hop-on hop-off" tours take you to the island's most scenic spots and give you the opportunity to do some great sightseeing. Every bus offers audio commentary in 16 different languages.

7. Golf with a PGA Pro
If you are into golf, Royal Malta Golf Club offers you the opportunity to spend a nice day on the course and enjoy two 45-minute golf sessions with a PGA golf professional. The €130 package includes everything you need, such as the golf equipment, the balls, and a light lunch.

8. Sip on Malta's Finest Wines
One thing you are going to discover almost as soon as you set foot in Malta is that the island is home to a variety of very good and interesting wines. Although these may not be the most common wines that you'll find in your usual supermarkets, Maltese winemakers have spent a great deal of time refining their techniques and finding the best blends to offer to those who visit the island.
To get a good idea of what Maltese wines are all about, all you need to do is to book a tour at Marsovin's vineyards and let the bottles speak for themselves. Alternatively, if you are into wine but you don’t want to go on a wine trip, make sure you get the chance to taste some of Marsovin's Marninsi and Antonin Noir. You will be amazed.
9. A Walk in Valletta
Although it's Europe's smallest capital city, Valletta is a truly amazing place full of interesting and breathtaking spots. To get the best out of Valletta, make sure to get at least a good half of a day free and just go there for a walk.
Try to get lost in Valletta's small and narrow streets, enjoy the bastions over the sea at the end of every side of this small peninsula, and get in touch with the locals to get good advice for a quick and authentic bite.
Also, don’t forget to pay a visit to the world-famous St John's Co-Cathedral, the fascinating church built by the Knights of Malta between 1573 and 1578 that today hosts The Beheading of Saint John the Baptist by Italy's legendary bad boy and painter, Caravaggio.
10. Shopping at Tigné Point
The Point, Malta's top shopping mall, is only a 10-minute bus ride from the where the EPT is held and offers everything a shopper could want. The Point comprises some 17,000 square meters of retail floor space and gives you the opportunity to find nearly anything you may think of, from expensive gadgets for your home to the latest designer fashion items.
