Aston Martin's DB series has a rich history going back to the 1950's, when the automaker rolled out the first in the line. Since then, it has been one of the most obsessed-over cars in the world, and now Aston Martin has taken the already amazing DB9 and given it a massive upgrade.
Officially, it's called the Aston Martin DB9 GT. Unofficially? They might as well call this "Okay I Want That." The engine is an all-alloy, 6 liter V-12 that produces 540 horsepower to the 20" alloy wheels. You're looking at a car that can hit 183 miles per hour and go from 0-60mph in just over four seconds.
Other notable features include the awesome touchscreen infotainment (I just learned that's a word) screen borrowed from Aston Martin's Vanquish (another simply awesome car) line and new GT-specific headlight and taillight treatments.
Yes: this is a monster of a luxury car, both in performance and price Honestly, this is a James Bond car. It just is. James Bond would drive this car, and he would look like a badass doing so. It's fast, luxurious and classy. It will also cost you $220,000, so unless you've spent the past month raking it in at the WSOP, it might be out of your price range.
But if not, well, what better way to celebrate your big win than by driving a car that's a guaranteed head-turner?
